I have been waking up feeling better in the morning for about a year. I feel refreshed when I wake up compared to when I don't take it. Previously, I used to struggle to rise early, managing to get out of bed by 7 o'clock. However, for the past year, I have consistently woken around 6 o'clock. I believe factors like sleep quality and my body clock influence this, but the supplement has certainly helped me.
